LX400+ UV LED Spot Curing System Controller
Using the latest UV LED technology, the OmniCure® LX400+ spot curing system offers ultimate control and repeatability to save costs on assembly manufacturing processes, while ensuring consistent reliability and highest product quality. Also found in the OmniCure® LX400+ UV LED curing system, is our patented Intelli-Lamp® technology allowing users a greater degree of process assurance through real time UV LED temperature monitoring.
The LX400+ offers the ability to control up to four UV LED spot curing heads simultaneously or independently at different wavelengths: 365nm, 385nm and 400nm. The availability of different wavelengths addresses the requirements of a wide range of UV cured bonding adhesives.

OmniCure®'s patented Intelli-Lamp® technology monitors the temperature and operating hours of the UV LED spot curing heads to optimize a lifetime guarantee of 10,000 hours of operation or three years, whichever comes first.
